About DEE Service

In 1950, DEE Air Conditioning began as a distributorship and contractor for cooling systems. In those days, ours was a seasonal business, and we were a small company within a small but growing industry. In 1964, Raymond Pieczarka took over the firm and renamed it Dee Service. Three years later, the company acquired the present facility in Agawam, MA and began its expansion. Shortly thereafter, the Heating and Air Conditioning business began to grow in depth and sophistication. So did we.

Where cooling was once our only business, we have evolved into HVAC specialists handling all phases of design/build including installation of sheet metal, piping and controls, plus service contracts. Our facility includes the latest technological equipment, including computerized plasma-cutting machinery for sheet metal fabrication.

Today we work with owners, architects, and engineers on plan and spec work, and we are bondable for major commercial projects. We work with the medical, education, and manufacturing industries and a wide variety of commercial enterprises and residential clients to design, install and service all brands of heating and cooling systems.
